2. Using the site
Please use the site only for lawful purposes and do not try to disrupt its operation or security.
The content (texts, images, logos, graphics) belongs to us or is used under licence and may not be copied without our written consent.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity in your account. You can ask us to close it at any time.
4. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in the stated currency and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown before you complete the order.
An order is binding once you receive our email confirmation. We may cancel orders with incorrect details or for unavailable products, refunding any amount paid in full.
5. Payment and delivery
You pay with the methods shown at checkout (online card or cash on delivery, where available). Card details are processed by the payment processor.
Delivery is made by courier to the given address within the stated time. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. Notify us at the contact address and we refund the amounts paid (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned product. You bear the return shipping cost unless stated otherwise.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or perishable goods, or to sealed goods unsealed for hygiene reasons.
7. Warranty and complaints
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. Send complaints to the contact address; we reply within 15 days.
You can also use alternative dispute resolution, including the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
8. Liability
We try to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee it is error-free. We are not responsible for external sites we link to.
